- 01With today's technology, it's true that many smartphones take excellent photos. However, even the latest smartphone's have limitations such as their absence of a wide angle lens and limited exposure control. Here at Legacy Photo Group, we take multiple exposures of every photo in order to capture the most detail in every room of your listing. We use a commercial grade equipment, wide angle lenses and dedicated software to produce the very best images possible. It’s our comprehensive process that truly makes the difference!
- 02Yes. All of our packages include our in-house basic image editing. You may also choose to upgrade to Enhanced image editing.

- 04In short...because first impressions are EVERYTHING! According to a 2018 survey by the National Association of Realtors, over 90% of buyers use the Internet in their search for a new home. Professional real estate photography scores as one of the most useful tools in making a positive first impression of a property. In addition, real estate listings with professional photos typically command higher asking prices.

- 06For ethical and legal reasons, we cannot digitally remove a permanent physical feature of a home. This includes removing cracks in walls or ceilings, removing telephone poles or electrical lines, or modifying any other structural characteristic, deficiency and/or abnormality.
- 07After payment has been received in full, images are typically delivered the next business day via electronic download but can take up to 48 hours. A delay in receiving payment will cause a delay in the processing and delivery of your images.
- 08Yes we do! These services are included in our premium package but can also be purchased separately.
- 09Our pricing is not based on the square footage of the property but rather on the number of imagaes requested. This give's our clients the flexibility to select a package that will effectively promote their specific property.
- 10Customer service is very important to us. We try very hard to make sure you are satisfied with your photos. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately.
- 11At Legacy Photo Group we do our best to be available whenever our clients need us. We can be reached by text or email anytime, day or night. If we do happen to miss your message, we will usually be able to get back to you within an hour or less.

- 13Ideally, 48-72 hour notice is enough advanced notice to reserve your appointment. We can often accomodate 24 hour notice or same day appointments but the more notice, the better.
- 14We cover the Antelope Valley as well as the surrounding Los Angeles area. There is a $25 travel fee for properties located further than 25 miles from zip code 93536.
- 15We understand that as a professional you most likely have a demanding schedule so it is usually not necessary to be present at the shoot as long as we are able to gain access to the property. Note: We DO NOT have a Suprakey.

- 17Shoots usually take between 1-3 hours to complete depending on the size and features of the property. As a general guideline, it takes about 1 hour per 1000 sq./ft.

- 19Here are some suggestions to ensure the property is in presentable condition. A more detailed checklist can be found by clicking on the "Pre-Shoot Checklist"button at the top of the page. Interior Turn on all interior lights De-clutter or organize mantles, shelves and tabletops Remove or minimize personal photos and memorabilia Clear off countertops in kitchen and bathroom areas Remove photos, notes and papers from the refrigerator Turn off ceiling fans and televisions Make all beds and tidy bathrooms Remove piles of newspaper and magazines Tuck trash cans out of view Contain pets in the garage or out of sight Exterior Remove all vehicles from driveways and from in front of the house Remove all garden tools including hoses and sprinklers Mow and rake yard Move garbage cans out of sight Sweep driveways, sidewalks and patios
- 20Absolutely! We understand that as a professional you most likely have a demanding schedule so we do not have a problem shooting unattended homes. Note: We DO NOT have a Suprakey.
- 21We don't mind moving or rearrange objects in the home to make the photographs more appealing but we are not a cleaning service. We suggest the property be cleaned and staged prior to booking an appointment to ensure it's in its best presntable appearance.
- 22While homes are generally more attractive if they are furnished or staged prior to the real estate photography session,we can photograph a completely empty home as well. We do however encourage you to consider hiring a home stager if the home is vacant, at least to stage important rooms like the master bedroom (and bathroom), the living or family room, and the kitchen.

- 24We strive to get photos delivered within 24-48 hours of the shoot.
- 25No. As a standard in the photography industry, the photographer retains copyright on all images / videos. You purchase a single use, non-transferable image license for the purpose of marketing the property. That image license is good for the duration of your listing and expires once the listing is sold, canceled or reassigned to another agent. Any usage of the photos or video by a third party including another agent or builder is prohibited unless approved in writing. Clients wishing to use select photographs / videos for ongoing use to market their business may purchase a separate usage license.
- 26Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If the client, seller, or representative are not able to provide access to the property during the allotted shooting time, it will be considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged. A cancellation fee will not be charged in the event of rescheduling due to bad weather or acts of God.
